  • Propertor is a Real Estate Team. All transaction and agreements will be done with respect to Right at Home Realty brokerage. Our Broker Faraz Azar will complete all documentation and duties set out by Propertor.ca

  • Buying and Selling of real estate in The Greater Toronto Area. Although we are licensed for all of Ontario. Check out our “Services” tab for more info.

  • Propertor is the Team associated with Faraz Azar, Broker. By definition Propertor.ca doesn’t make any commission, only the respected Broker does. The 0.5% listing commission the broker receives comes directly from the sale of our clients property.

  • As the seller, you are responsible for paying commission upon the sale of your property to your listing agent and buyers agent. Traditionally this would cost 2.5% for the listing agent and 2.5% for the buyers agent, totalling 5%.

    With Propertor you only pay your listing agent 0.5%, meaning your total commission payout is 3%.

    This means 2% in savings. On a $1,600,000 sale you could save close to $32,000.

  • Upon the sale of a property the buyers agent receives commission from the sellers. Traditionally the commission amount is 2.5% of the sale price.

    Upon receiving the commission we give back 1% of the 2.5% to our clients.

    On a $1,600,000 purchase our clients could receive $16,000 cash-back.
